FORREST GLASS

Forrest Glass, Jr. is an Enrolled Agent and a lifetime resident of Berks County who has successfully partnered with local small business owners for over two decades. Under his leadership, and with a focus on genuine relationships, Padgett Business Services of Berks County has set the standard: 1997 North American Office of the Year; 1998 Padgett Hall of Fame inductee; and the 2002 Award of Excellence. Forrest’s passion for helping people achieve their goals has driven his commitment to consistent excellence. Notably, Padgett Business Services of Berks County has earned selection into the Leadership Club from 1994-2012, which is awarded to only the top 10% of Padgett’s North American franchises. In recognition of his expertise and success, Forrest was tapped to serve as a member on the Padgett Business Services Advisory Board.

Forrest earned a BSBA in accounting from the internationally accredited John L. Grover College of Business at Shippensburg University. Following graduation, he worked as a staff accountant for two years at Samuel Fisher & Co. CPA’s and then for two years at Camp Hosiery. For the next seven years Forrest worked at Raylon Corporation as the credit manager and accounting manager before venturing out on his own as a Padgett Business Services franchise owner. Forrest is a member of the National Society of Accountants, the Greater Reading Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and serves as the treasurer for the Reading Chapter of the Professional Referral Exchange.

Forrest’s belief in service has led him to freely offer his expertise and talents to community organizations. He conducted free seminars for SCORE, was the president of the Wilson Wrestling Booster Club for seven years, the treasurer of Lincoln Park Football for five years, and is currently the treasurer of the Carousel Condominium Association in Wildwood Crest, NJ. When he is not serving his clients and the community, Forrest enjoys spending quality time with his wife and three children.

EILEEN GLASS

Eileen Glass is a lifetime resident of Berks County who has helped small business owners achieve their goals for over two decades. Eileen brings ten years of experience as a staff accountant, financial analyst, and cost accounting manager at Rockwell International, which during the 1990’s was #27 on the Fortune 500 List, to her clients at Padgett Business Services of Berks County. She is a graduate of the internationally accredited John L. Grover College of Business at Shippensburg University, earning a BSBA in accounting.

Eileen’s experience, education, and desire to support the small businesses of Berks County have been invaluable for Padgett Business Services. Her ongoing commitment to excellence helped Padgett Business Services of Berks County garner numerous awards and recognition: the1997 North American Office of the Year; 1998 Padgett Hall of Fame inductee; the 2002 Award of Excellence; and selection into the Leadership Club from 1994-2012, which is awarded to only the top 10% of Padgett’s North American franchises. Eileen’s success stems from her genuine concern for all of her clients, which drives her to deliver unparalleled service. She and her husband have successfully raised three amazing children and she enjoys their company and spending time with Forrest when she is not serving her clients.
